This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.452 of 2015, filed for the offences under Sections 448, 294(b), 506(ii), 147, 148 and 379(NP) of IPC., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed, if two months time is given to the respondent police.

4. Considering the status of the case as reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.452 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
