ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to issue patta to an extent of 1742 Sq.Feet (i.e. 0.01.5 Ares) in S.No.1287 and to an extent of 2178 Sq.feet (i.e. 0.02.0 Ares) in S.No.1288 totally to an extent 0.03.5 Ares. 2.According to the petitioner he is the owner of the properties, measuring to an extent of 1742 Sq.Feet (i.e. 0.01.5 Ares) in S.No.1287 and to an extent of 2178 Sq.feet (i.e. 0.02.0 Ares) in S.No.1288, totally to an extent 0.03.5 Ares, situated at Kodukki Mundan Ambalam Lane, Pudhuvalavu, Pudupatty (PO), Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukottai District. issued patta only in respect of S.No.1287 and omitted to issue patta in respect of S.No.1288. Apart from that, the total extent owned by the petitioner in S.Nos.1287 and 1288 was also wrongly mentioned in the patta. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation dated 14.06.2017 to the third respondent to rectify the said mistake. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
