This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the dispose of C.C.No.204 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur as expediously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
