ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to speed up the enquiry pending in petition No.241 of 2020, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2024.
2. The petitioner's grievance is that the above petition No.241 of 2020 has been pending with the second respondent from 04.03.2020 and there has been no progress in the said appeal petition. Hence, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said appeal.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the writ petition, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to expedite the enquiry in the appeal petition No.241 of 2020 and conclude the same, in accordance with law on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
