To prefer this memorandum of grounds of second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 15.04.2010 passed in A.S.No.120 of 2007 on the file of the 1st Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai by reversing the judgment and decree dated 05.04.2007 in O.S.No.335 of 2003 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai Town.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.JANAKIRAMULU, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- The Second Appeal itself was disposed on 29.11.2022. Therefore, the records called for from Lower Court and Appellate Court were sent back to these Courts respectively. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable.
