ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26.06.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Munsif Court(FAC), Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.117/2024 dated 06.02.2024 this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in RLTOP.No.17 of 2020.

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 26.06.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in RLTOP.No.17 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thirunelveli within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned the learned Principal District Munsif, Thirunelveli, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Munsif (FAC), Thirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing RLTOP.No.17 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Thirunelveli. The learned trial Judge is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
