ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notice issued by the 1st respondent in RC No.5076/2024/A9, dated 28.01.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, would submit that the order impugned in this writ petition is only a show cause notice and now, the final order dated 13.02.2025 has been passed and therefore, the prayer sought for this writ petition becomes infructuous.

3. Since the prayer sought for in this writ petition is to quash the show cause notice and thereafter, the final order itself has been passed on 13.02.2025, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final order. 2/4

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks interim protection, till the writ petition is filed challenging the aforesaid final order dated 13.02.2025.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be an order of status quo till 10.03.2025.

6. Reserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the said final order dated 13.02.2025, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
