ORDER

This petition is filed for direction to direct the 3rd respondent to alter the FIR under Section 302 read with 34 of I.P.C. in crime No.623 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent and further direct the respondents to investigate the case according to law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in crime No.623 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped on 11.07.2014 and RCS also filed before the Court concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this

petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
