This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.133 of 2016, filed for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, 1992, within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the final report in Crime No.133 of 2016 has already been filed on 07.09.2016 and the same is yet to be taken on file by the Court concerned.
