O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 11.09.2020 given by the petitioner to prevent the first respondent from erecting any "Kalvettu" in the newly constructed Temple. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that temple and arch has already been constructed and no "Kalvettu" has been permitted to be erected till date. 3.In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 shall ensure that no law and order problem is created in the name of putting up a "Kalvettu" and the present position shall be continued.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
