This petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.50 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation in crime No.50 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent has been transferred to the file of the Director, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai on 03.09.2018. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Director, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Chennai is directed to issue necessary direction to conduct enquiry in crime No.50 of 2012 and file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of order.
