O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.147 of 2017, filed for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 354, 379 and 506(i) of IPC., before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the case was registered only on 02.03.2017 and the investigation in this case is almost over. He further submitted that the final report will be filed within a month.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.147 of 2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
