ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.23 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 417,420,466,468,471,166(A) and 34 of IPC on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent investigating agency.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already investigation was completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi and the same was taken on file in CC No.1581 of 2025 and it is pending trial thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Since already investigation was completed and final report filed it is not appropriate to transfer the investigation at this stage. 2/4
