ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pre-arrest bail was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22536 of 2023. Thereafter, the petitioner was detained under Act 14/82 on 01.02.2024 and was released in the month of April 2024. Thereafter, once again, the petitioner was 1/3

detained under Act 14/82 on 07.06.2024 and the order was quashed and the petitioner was released on 10.01.2025. Due to the above reasons, the petitioner was unable to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22536 of 2023.

2. The reasons stated by the petitioner are satisfactory. Hence, this Court does inclined to give extension of time to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22536 of 2023 till 17.03.2025.
