PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of FIR in Cr.No.92 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same insofar the petitioner.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of FIR in Cr.No.92 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same insofar the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 30.04.2018 before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same was not taken on file. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
