RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in M.P.No. 2/ 2015 in Crl.O.P.No. 19656 / 2015 dated 08.12.2015 that the petitioner shall report before the Velacherry Police Station at Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.RAJAVELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANNITHEVAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19656/2015 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Velachery Police Station, Chennai until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
