ORDER

The petitioners, who stand accused of offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. seek quash of the proceedings in S.C.No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondents Police and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. Today, a joint compromise memo has been filed informs of the matter amicably having been settled, in which, both the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant and also their respective counsel signed.

5. In such circumstances, accepting the memo of compromise, all further proceedings in S.C.No.14 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur shall stand quashed. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the record.
