This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 04.03.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in S.C.No.79 of 2021 before the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Dindigul, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge, Mahila Court, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing S.C.No.79 of 2021 and the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Dindigul is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
