ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for her peaceful life and limb, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner got possession of the property vide proceedings dated 10.10.2017 passed by the District Collector and thereafter, auction was conducted and sale was confirmed. The respondents 3 to 5 being the legal heirs of the original owner have been interfering with the petitioner's possession.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the second respondent. 2/4

4.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
