This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the Innisai Katcheri and other related programmes on 25.01.2018 at 09.00p.m., to 03.00.am., in the eve of "Arul Mighu Ramalingasamy Udanurai Sivagamiammal Sri Nambi Singaaperumal Thirukovil" festival at Panakudi, Rathapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard,Mr.K.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga selvam, learned Additional

Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that every year during "Arul Mighu Ramalingasamy Udanurai Sivagamiammal Sri Nambi Singaaperumal Thirukovil" the petitioner conducted Innisai Katcheri. This year it is scheduled to be held on 25.01.2018 and for that, he gave a representation on 03.01.2018 to the respondents. But, so far, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the respondents will consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.01.2018 and dispose of the same on or before 24.01.2018.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
