ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents police to provide police protection to the life of the petitioner and his piggery farm based on the representation submitted before the third respondent, dated 25.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the respondent Police is willing to give Police protection to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the third respondent Police is directed to give police protection to the petitioner.
