This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the Petitioners under the guise of enquiry that is pending against the Petitioners' son in connection with some criminal complaint registered under Section 366(A) of IPC r/w Section 6 of POSCO Act.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions,would submit that there was no complaint against the Petitioners and no complaint was given or pending against the Petitioners. He also ensured that there will be no harassment against the Petitioners. 4.Recording the above said statement, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
