This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry by the second respondent on the complaint of one Annadurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is stated by learned Government Advocate that on the complaint of one Annadurai, the matter was enquired and the Criminal case was closed. In these circumstances the learned Government Advocate further submitted that there was no harassment and there is no scope for any further enquiry.
