O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in M.C.No.41 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.1224 of 2019 seeking dissolution of the marriage and the same was allowed on 25.03.2021. Thereafter, the petitioner filed M.C.No.41 of 2021 seeking maintenance from the respondent. It was periodically adjourned and it was not disposed of till date. The petitioner being a widowed woman is suffering to lead her life without any financial assistance. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditiously disposal of the maintenance case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Family Court, Madurai, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.41 of 2021 pending on his file within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. Further the petitioner shall appear before the Family Court, Madurai on all hearings and cooperate for expeditiously disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
