ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / 4th accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 1984 in Crime No.492 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to severe illness of the petitioner he could not comply with the condition as ordered in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8588 of 2017 dated 07.07.2017. In such circumstances, the petitioner filed another Crl.O.P.(MD). No.10111 of 2017 and this Court, by order dated 03.08.

2017, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Legal Service Authority attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and the petitioner has also complied with the said condition and he has also filed a proof of payment to that effect. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8588 of 2017 dated 07.07.2017. Since the petitioner has failed to comply with the said condition he has filed the present petition seeking anticipatory bail on the same set of facts. condition imposed by this Court dated 03.08.2017, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
