ORDER
Challenging the order passed by the respondent, the original authority under the Right to Information Act, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Admittedly, against the order passed by the original authority, there is an appeal remedy available before the State Information Commissioner. The petitioner without exhausting such appeal remedy cannot maintain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order passed by the respondent, if he is so advised. No costs.
