2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the Criminal case was ended in acquittal on 05.01.2023, by the trial Court, in C.C.No.179 of 2020.

3. In view of the above submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
