This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation and file final report in Crime No.1193/2016 on the file of the Thoothukudi South Police Station.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1193 of 2016 was completed and a charge sheet in PRC No.7 of 2017 was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
