Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 582 of BNSS, to issue a direction, directing the District and Sessions Judge, Special Court (PCR Court), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to consider the petitioners bail Application in Crime No.3 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the same day of their surrender. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Suresh Kannan, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Public Prosecutor for R1 and R2, and upon reading the order dated 24.01.2025, this Court made the following order: "This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties at the time of consideration of bail application filed by the petitioners herein, on their surrender as per the order dated 24.01.2025 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1325 of 2025.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners that due to the ill health, they are unable to comply with the condition to surrender before the District Sessions Judge, Special Court (PCR Aourt), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, this Court is inclined to extend the time to surrender before the Court concerned. Accordingly, time is extended for the petitioners for another period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
