This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against order passed in Crl.M.P.No.440 of 2020, dated 29.01.2020 on the file of the learned Principal 1/4
Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, returning the vehicle on some conditions.
2. The main contention of the petitioner is that in pursuance of the conditions imposed in the order, dated 29.01.2020, the petitioner has produced the vehicle before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I. Kulithalai for the past three years and hence, he has come forward with the present application to revise the said condition.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner has not filed any application before the Principal Sessions Court for relaxation or for modification.
4. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the Principal Sessions Court for relaxation or modification of the order, dated 29.01.2020. 20.04.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No das 2/4
