O R D E R

The petitioners stand accused in Crime No.7 of 2020 registered on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uppiliyapuram police station, Trichy District, for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. They applied for anticipatory bail and by order dated 22.01.2020 the same was granted. But then, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days. The petitioners complied with the said condition for about 12 days.

3. I am of the view that in a case of this nature, further compliance may not be necessary. In this view of the matter, the condition imposed on the petitioners by the Court below stands totally modified and relaxed.
