RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the order of the first respondent dated 13.10.2017 which confirm the order of dismissal passed by the second respondent dated 05.07.2017 in MDUC HRM 3756 2017 till the disposal of the above WP. Prayer in WP(MD).

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ Certiorarified mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ call for the records on the file of first respondent dated 13.10.2017 confirming the order of dismissal passed by the second respondent in disciplinary proceedings in Ref:MDUC-HRM 3756 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 05.07.2017, quash the same as illegal and arbitrary, direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all back wages and all benefits.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.KUMAR, Advocate for Mr.B.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this stay petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
