Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass orders on the proposal sent by the respondent Nos.4 and 5 for the approval of the petitioner who was appointed as P.G. Assistant in the fourth respondent school by considering the representation dated 22.07.2024 given by the petitioner within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is working as Teacher in the fifth respondent school with effect from 19.01.2021. The fifth respondent school sent proposal to the fourth respondent on 23.09.2021 for grant of approval of the petitioner's appointment. Initially, the said proposal is returned by the official respondents but it is resubmitted by the fourth respondent and now it is pending with the second respondent.

3. On instructions, Mr. Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the proposal sent by the fifth respondent school will be considered within the time to be stipulated by this Court hereunder in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the fact that the proposal sent by the fifth respondent school on 23.09.2021, is pending with the second respondent as of now, it is appropriate and reasonable to direct the second respondent to consider the said proposal and pass orders for appointment of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of 3 / 6

receipt of a copy of this order. If approval is granted, thereafter the official respondents shall disburse the grant-in-aid towards the salary to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
