This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to number the petitioner's revision petition filed against the order dated 29.08.2025 in Na.Ka.No.7177/2024/A4 passed by the third respondent and enquire and pass final order within a stipulated time.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the revision is pending before the second respondent and that the smae will be considered and disposed of within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission and considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, this writ 2/4

petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
