Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records relating to Ci.Ma(Pa.Ma) No.12/06/B4 dated 11-02-2008 on the file of the District Revenue Officer, and quash the same for reversing the order made in Ci.Pa.No.13/04/A1 dated 30-04-2005 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to conduct fresh enquiry and pass suitable order in accordance with law.

ORDER:- These Petitions are coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P.Thiagarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: "The respondents have no objection for allowing the Restoration Petition.
