The petitioner approaches this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent complete the investigation and file a final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C in Crime No. 63 of 2011 dated 23.08.2011 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2011, the case was closed as ''action dropped'' since the case is civil in nature.

4. In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is for the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.
