This petition is filed to set aside the proceedings of the 1st respondent in M.C.Nos.39 and 40 of 2014 dated 23.01.2014 as against the petitioners.

2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the proceedings of the 1st respondent in M.C.Nos.39 and 40 of 2014 has been closed and the prayer in the petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
