Side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state would submit that petition enquiry is pending against this petitioner.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the car was mortgaged by the defacto complainant and he has received money for that. These matters are to be enquired and investigated by the respondent Police.
