Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2021 and remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent in the Government Poromboke Vacant site i.e. the public pathway situated in S.No.187/1 at Raja Pudukkudi Village, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District.
