Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 6th respondent to complete the enquiry pending in Na.Ka.No. 11647/Pa3/2025 against the 8th respondent following the proceeding Reference No.TNMC/T.No.5913/2025 dated 31.12.2025 based on the complaint given by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 6th respondent to complete the enquiry pending in Na.Ka.No. 11647/Pa3/2025 against the 8th respondent following the proceeding Reference No.TNMC/T.No.5913/2025 dated 31.12.2025 based on the complaint given by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 8 to 10, notice is dispensed with. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner preferred a complaint against the 8th respondent and proceedings have been initiated by the respondents 1 and 2. However, since the proceedings have not been concluded, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within ten weeks, the proceedings would be concluded.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 6th respondent to expedite the proceedings, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
