PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sanction petitioner's retirement benefits with interest by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.01.2026 within a time frame as fixed by this court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance that the retirement benefits due to him have not been provided for the past two years.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there is some audit objection and therefore, they are not in a position to sanction the retirement benefits to the petitioner.

3.The respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner and shall grant the eligible benefits to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 26.02.2026 DSK 2/4
