Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RANJITH.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.14272 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15270 of 2023 vide order dated 11.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, once in a week (i.e.,) every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
