This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.12 of 2019 pending on the file of the first respondent Police as against the petitioners/Accused No.1 to 8 herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the first respondent Police.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3634 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.12 of 2019 and final report has also been made ready and it will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks.

4.Mr.T.Periyathai, W/O.P.Jothibasa, Sub Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar AWPS, Virudhunagar District, has filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
