ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner took part in the tender process floated by the local body. The petitioner is an aspirant for taking a shop. The local body however confirmed the offer of one Dhanasekaran. Admittedly, the petitioner had bid only for a sum of Rs.5100/- as monthly rent. The said Dhanasekaran had offered Rs.5150/-. The local body was justified in declaring the said Dhanasekaran as the successful bidder. No illegality has been pointed out. I am not able to fault the conduct of the second respondent.
