This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to final report in Crime No.1 of 2015, dated 20.01.2015.

2. Since the case is registered only on 20.01.2015, this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation shall stand dismissed. However, it will be open to the petitioner to move this Court subsequently, if aggrieved.
