Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to cancel the UDR error patta issued in favour of 4th respondent and issue joint patta to the petitioner along with family members for the survey properties in S.Nos.269/1, 269/4A, 269/4E and 332/8B4 situated at Thirumanickam Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District based on the proceedings pending before 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.G5/34945/2021 within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with. 2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I 2/4

have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons including the respondents 4 to 7 on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
