Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this Criminal Original Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 2.The respondent had filed DVOP No.4 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam. The petitioner herein is figuring as the first respondent in the said DVOP. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that appearance has been entered on behalf of all the respondents therein. 4.The statute mandates that this Criminal Original Petition should be disposed of within 60 days. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is directed to dispose of the DVOP No.4 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed on this terms. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.
