ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge,(FAC),Mahalir Neethimandram,(Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, vide letter in D.no. 289/2020, dated 27.05.2020, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.C.Susi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Anandharaj, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 28.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Sessions Case in S.C.No.89/2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a Letter, in D.No.289/2020, dated 27.05.2020 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 28.02.2020, made in this Criminal Original Petition.
