The petitioner / wife filed this Transfer CMP to transfer the proceedings in HMOP.No.1434 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur to the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli to try along with HMOP.No. 139 of 2021, since she is residing at Trichy and also the connected HMOP pending before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Considering the convenience of the petitioner / wife and that the connected HMOP pending at Trichy, the Transfer CMP is allowed of and the HMOP.No.1434 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli to be tried along with HMOP.No. 139 of 2021, which is pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law.
