This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 08 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No. 08 of 2024 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 29(b), 342, 323, 324, 506(2) and 363 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. After investigation, final report has been filed through online before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.
